I use softness, color and play to change the emotional conditions surrounding subjects often met with shame or discomfort. Rather than relying on confrontation, I create encounters that allow sexuality, intimacy and bodily experience to be approached with curiosity and greater ease.

Felting allows me to transform explicit or emotionally charged references into tactile forms whose color, scale and texture move between tenderness, humor and unease. In other works, botanical forms, skies, folds and bodily fragments become open-ended images that encourage association rather than offer a fixed interpretation.

Touch is central to the way I work. The physical qualities of wool invite people to come closer, while shifts in surface and scale create moments of recognition, surprise or laughter. The material becomes a way of reducing the distance between the viewer and subjects that can otherwise feel difficult to address.

The work does not end with the finished object. Through workshops, conversations and public programs, collective making becomes part of the artistic process. These experiences use art as a starting point for dialogue and create space for people to listen, participate and relate to one another differently.
